  13. I have had similar problems with the Plug and Play software that they 
  14. ship with the 28.8i PnP.  I can not seem to get a response to either 
  15. e-mail or via their BBS.  I am begining to think the extra $40 for the 
  16. UsRobotics would have been worth it.
